...rity: 0% Don't expect to be in vvdn for single day. It might be your last day. Salary/Appraisal: Hike in salary is very good. If you will make your projects successful, chance of your appraisal is 90%. But quite often, everyone getting hike but at different perspective according to your work. Travelling to other branches is normal for everyone. Politics is palyed by just seniors not super seniors since they are afraid he/she will swallow his job if he/she will do better than him/her. People can learn only when they are capable of working independently. If you are working with any senior, he/she will never let you do any better work than him/her. Cont.

Dislikes

He will trapped you in such a work that has no sense. If you go for complaining about this then you super seniors or boss will also tell same thing that it's necessary you will have to do it. Now you himself can imagine what would be the work environment. For software and hardware, there is a good chance to learn but upto a level. But I again saying only when you are working independently. There is 5% of learning new things for mechanical, 90-95% of software and hardware. Work life is imbalance if you are here. You are always working in a environment which have fear of firing off you. Innovation depends upon you and project. Sometime you want to do innovative but projects not allowing you to do it. Generally, still nothing innovative things is done here

... ones who are most inactive, so their appraisal has also not been done properly. The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).

Sound place to learn about the industry. Good for newbies. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not up to the marks. No Bonus, gifts and other benefits. Poor and harsh behavior from management.
