Company policies are good. There is a lot to learn ans I have learned a lot here. And, i'm very happy for one thing in this company career growth is high.

No work/life balance, Negative work culture, insane timeline for projects, 8 am to 6 pm work timing. You have to be sharply at factory by 8 , any rule can change at any time and you have to follow it, No respect, No proper lunch facilities in Manesar factory, No employee welfare activities. All the above particularly in Manesar location.

The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand
