Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

nothing to like about working there, don't select to work there or your career growth will stop, zero learning, after working hour(9am to 9pm) any senior will call and ask for primary plan daily, work life is zero, no appreciation of team of your good work, No motivation, they don't address any pending issue of market or distributors only primary primary primary. No market support (Visibility, POP material, gate arch, etc)
