This company has gone too worse recently from what it was before. Things are getting worse.

Dislikes

They don't have proper work life balance. They don't have proper monitoring of work in Teams, where some people never work at all and they pressure juniors to work. This company makes you psychologically ill. You will get mental illness if you join here! And I have seen lot of people resign due to health issues. They don't care about you.. but they have a long mouth to pride about their company. They talk in a way that makes you believe you will have a great career in Vuram, everything is absurd! On all the above, they have sold the company to WNS! So they are not Vuram, and they don't care if you live or die. People! Please avoid this company for your betterment of life and mental state. Especially health! Which is more important!

Vuram is an employee-friendly company where the organization focus mainly on the people's welfare

Dislikes

Work-life balance takes a hit sometimes due to deadlines in projects if planned correctly even that would be ease as the organization is trusted by the clients

The best thing about working here is the fast growth in knowledge and skills.

The downside of working here is the work-life balance. With more people choosing to stay beyond their 8 hours, it becomes a norm in the office. There is also a lack of appreciation for the efforts people put into the project.

Bit work pressure will be there and for married persons difficult to maintain personal life and professional life. At any cost have to work 8 hours strictly. Decent increments. Learning will be awesome
