Top management will allow employees to discover new ideas and appreciate for creativity. A new world welcomes you when you come out of there. Then your greed will disappear and respect will increase. Sometimes you think that you had wasted a lot to them here, if you do such sacrifices you would have received respect and more. If we make a mistake, we are aware of ourselves. Sometimes an strange person comes and asks you a question and you have to answer them. If you say no. Then you aren't good, No matter how big a position you are in, this happens to new recruits, it has happened to me. Some will tell them to top management. But no one with respect for the position would do such a kiddish job.

Micro management. those who have self respect & not giving importance to high package they won't continue. those who continue they have no other option, self confidence .In other words, those who are there are brought up like that.
