Old working persons destroying the culture they are ticks sucking new employees as well as owners too. HR too strict. HR give false statements while joining the firms. After joining the firm they will treat you like slave. Especially Mr. Arun. He think he is good HR in that firm. All know what he is doing with lady staff. Many things to share but limited myself.😔😔😔

Top management will allow employees to discover new ideas and appreciate for creativity. A new world welcomes you when you come out of there. Then your greed will disappear and respect will increase. Sometimes you think that you had wasted a lot to them here, if you do such sacrifices you would have received respect and more. If we make a mistake, we are aware of ourselves. Sometimes an strange person comes and asks you a question and you have to answer them. If you say no. Then you aren't good, No matter how big a position you are in, this happens to new recruits, it has happened to me. Some will tell them to top management. But no one with respect for the position would do such a kiddish job.

...appy anymore. They will always keep focusing on your mistakes. Micro management. those who have self respect & not giving importance to high package they won't continue. those who continue they have no other option, self confidence .In other words, those who are there are brought up like that. Nothing can be done.

It is termed as corporate but not even a single corporate culture was followed there. I think the HR department has to learn how to treat a corporate.

Good thing is you will have to meet all kind of people and the top management is friendly and kind.

The HR people is the one of the worst resources. They dont know how to handle the people or respect them.

Well working Environment. Good MDs also, MDs are taking care of their employees and also give respect to them. But the middle people like managers and department HODs are never recognise your work and can't help you even if you good at your work
