I appreciate Vuclip’s culture, which promotes healthy work environment free from corporate politics. The flexibility to work from home or office, as long as the work is delivered on time, is highly commendable. The employees are supportive and collaborative, making it a great place to work

Dislikes

The most disappointing aspect is prolonged wait for promotions and salary increments. At Vuclip (viu) india Pvt Ltd, it’s often challenging to secure timely salary hikes and career advancements.

Likes

1. Good people and mentor 2. They give much amount of time for implementation, rigorously review PR and suggest good changes. 3. WFH

Dislikes

1. No ESOPs 2. No team bonding exercise 3. Mostly everything controlled and organized by Hong Kong based entity.

Overall good company Lots of Learning , new technologies used Career growth will be slow here, you will not get promotion even you have higher experience , politics is there Job security is low, as I remember 30 people were asked to leave not basis on performance but in general, god knows on what basis Employee benefits is lesser, you will not get anything even if you work in late night except food reimbursement that too having limits Or you will asked to compromise on leave and half of leaves get lapse after year end, no encashing of leaves Most of the Management are zero technical guys Fresher's and less experience guys will show you attitude No process followed

Slight flexibility in timings but need to be available at midnights for calls.

Dislikes

Extremely sub-standard mid-level management who encourage only personal favorites but not those who actually work. Some people in Sr. Director level have zero knowledge about technology the team is working on. If you are not in their good books, no matter how hard you work, they degrade your work like it is nothing. They lack the ability to appreciate technology despite claiming to be a tech driven company. Eg: A UI guy is appreciated more than a person who developed a disruptive technology due to favoritism and politics.

I loved the over all tenure... Especially because of the team I was working... learnt alot and got a change to handle a lot of stuff... Every year in viu used to be a new learning experience for me.

Dislikes

Uncertainty and the pace at which they are growing...
