Good product and you can learn alot working in the company. The office is huge and everything from R&D to Marketing in the same building. Good exposure with the media industry. Team members are very supporting.

Dislikes

Salary Growth is very slow. The company operates more as a family based business rather than a corporate business. Your decisions are not well accepted and you are not allowed to take any business decisions. It operates more like a lala company.

...efits(pf, Mediclaim, bonus, increment and so on) No professional work No growth Most important no increment, they will do revised salary in every 3 years with only Rs.2000 in per month which is worst thing ever. Big culprits is higher and older employees, they are been more than 30 years because of the comfertzone and scams. No labour law and HR policy, HR will work as per director Saraf instructions which is horrible. So many dislike.. Don't join this worst company

...al policy & also not provided reimbursement of medical treatment of employees. Not getting any compensation for extra time work. Not available yearly bonus facility.

Worst colleague, too much gossip, pathetic work culture, no activities, no festival celebrations, no holidays on festival, no bonus, there is no word such as growth and upon all this shifting timing is 10 hours and no one follows that, HR will manipulate you and ask that shift timing is 8 hours only but when you join, you will get suprisingly get to know that it is 10 hours shift. There is nothing like 1st half or 2nd half timing. People bully you and make too much goosip
