Organisation pays ur salary in time.

Dislikes

Pathetic working environment , they make sales team work for 10-12 hours daily without weekly off. Management has been delaying possession for 2-3 year and torturing employees for booking. Organisation has been fooling customers in terms of possession and connectivity. Forget ur perosnal and family life if u join VTP. VTP Realty has a very bad name in market due to fake commitment and unrealistic prices.

Senior management is worse. Worse salary policy, never ever you get the full salary little bit deductions is always there if you come to office at a delay of 5 mins more than 3 times a month, there will be a 2 days salary deductions for sure irrespective you left the office at late night that can't be consider. Only entry time is must. Only focus is on revenue not of service. Whole and sole of the company is CEO there is no use of hierarchy. Worst work life balance. Company's policies are very rigid and unfriendly.

My work experience was not so good They eat up employee salary in names of booking incentives wer myth, even after 30 live bookings salary deduction and politics are common.

HR department ek number 3rd class asun konthi ethics nahe thy nuste company management la time pass karana satti basavalela aahe... Ek number chappari company asun owner la bhikh laagali aahe jo employees cha salary kaapuun khaat aahe... Ethe konta support tumala nahe milanaar kaaran company director pasun baki management ek mekahan chatat asatat un professional environment asun full gaavathi management aahe...chukn pan join karu naka.

... a HR. They treat you like a begger when you ask them for your hard earn money.. your monthly salary. Guys don't even think to join this company as some illiterate people are running this company. They forced you to work like a donkey; when month gets completed & you ask them for your salary they try to make you fool. Even CEO doesn't have any sense of work ethics. Please don't join this company if you really respect yourself
