Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Simply very very worst company I have ever worked.

... want employee to work 24*7 with 10 to 12 k. Worst support from HR & Management. They only know how to debit from employee salary. Especially all will Act like artist like helping the employee but all are act only. Nothing will change and happen. All of them are working for the food. But they will able debit for food too from employees which the food contains insects and warms. One of the worst company I have ever worked.
