Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1. Good and supportive Colleagues. 2. Freedom to work and implement your ideas. 3. Good and very supportive management follows open door policy. 4. Maintains work life balance. encourages employees to come and go home on time. 5. Timely Salaries and fully complied to all the statutory norms.6. Timely appraisal in some scenarios it has got delay but company paid it with arrears. 7. Overall a good company to work with.

no system, no rules and guidelines.... no need of innovation and company betterment ideas because the main head has nothing to do with it. People just struggle to pull each other down and make them self safe..
