There is nothing to be like its a hell....

Dislikes

...signation for employe company wants all rounder who can do each & everything.... salary is the biggest issue they hold salaries 3 to 4 months.... there is no kind of system management & company looks all there staff like a thief.... overoll its like a hell as i said before & now its like a sailing boat czzz it is going day by day in a great loss....

It was a great mistake to join that VSS Buildcon.

Dislikes

...by them in its last 8 yrs. Normally they do over payment from government client. They are supposed to provide free food for their site staff but in every month they pay the fixed amount after 1 or 2 months and pay salary once in 3 months that also for single month. So, site staffs always remain in problem, and company MD doesn't care to it. If any staff go on leave or leave the company , they don't pay their pending salary.

There is nothing to like about I still get nightmares working in this company.

Dislikes

People with big mouth,MD himself take your interview(as he thinks he is the best engineer in the world) and will tell you how big is his company and he will offer you the lowest salary he could give and will fail to give the said salary on time. They even fail to buy material for site but still MD expend lot on him self.
