This is the only company in India who does solar refrigeration project all over india.it is a small company but if you're into project there is lot you can learn and it was very helpful that I did my B.E project on solar .

...tics is more it's only 10-12 people including all in that also full of politics.No timely salary ,nd salary bis very less as compare to work .No pay slip is generated,no pf cut.No salary account it's like some people is transferring amount not from company account ,some normal person deposit on your account. they will put you in a plant if something happens everything you only I have to handle alone,no helper no mechanic gonna to repair.its bit tough when you handle a full plant alone.
