...lance. The managers are incompetent, providing little to no guidance or support. Career growth here is non-existent, and don't expect any salary hikes either. You may be hired for one role, but soon you'll find yourself forced into tasks that have nothing to do with your job description. It's chaotic and frustrating. Employees are treated like nothing more than workhorses, with no regard for their well-being.

Dislikes

You have no idea what you're in for if you join this company. They will push you to chase goals that are utterly impossible to achieve. If you’re reading this before accepting an offer, do yourself a favor and run away. Seriously, don't even think about it

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
