There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

salary is not coming on time. And after Regine Experience later and Salary is not giving. He is the Very Bad company And very bat Management.

There is lots of things to learn....if there is any fresher then he/she should join vserv infosystems , from there they can improve their skills too fast.
