Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Indeed it is a good experience working with a global based hydro company with a vision of inspiring technology. Working with Vs hydro company has opened my chances of interacting with people of different cultures while gaining experience in hydro power technology.

Dislikes

Poor communication, late payments and decent compensation. High work pressure with low payments is yet another challenge. Racial segregation is indeed an other challenge as well as delay of material delivery on site.
