I am worked as front office executive but there give the admission work, cash hand in night time because some night some patient died so u have to collect bill amount approximately 3 to 7 lakhs in cash and some time your work partner leave u have continue the night and morning 18 hours u have to do and also they not give the ot proper so ware

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
