Sports culture and circket tournament year ones thats only good in vs hospitals

I am worked as front office executive but there give the admission work, cash hand in night time because some night some patient died so u have to collect bill amount approximately 3 to 7 lakhs in cash and some time your work partner leave u have continue the night and morning 18 hours u have to do and also they not give the ot proper so ware

Not allowing to follow minimum process, which is really required for organisation , otherwise it is best place to work , bcoz chief and directors too good and amble

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
