Its Nice place to work for long time. employee are cooperative. There is many thing to learn here, Hassle Free environment, Salary on time without any deduction

1 working on half Saturday and late night on month ends 2 they taught you skills but then get benefits from it without extra pay 3 you will be doing 2 our more work out of your job profile 4 there are so much choas in office

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I found the entire experience to be seamless and enjoyable. The colleagues is not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and approachable making the process feel effort less and stress free.Thank you VRP for giving me the opportunity.
