Work like company is yours but they will treat you like you are nothing to them. If you are from north part this company not for you They will never let you go on senior position all south peoples are allowed

They are not increasing salary even you complete 3 years or 5 years also they are not increasing salary. Because day by day basic needs rates will be increasing but in vrl there is no such things like increasing salary that is not happening.

...e was reduced we used to manage our money to pay the petrol at end of the month. Lots of deduction not on salary slip but they charge according to work done Mismatch parcel etc etc.

Basically Vrl is Karnataka based company so they promote there culture people for working which was not fare and they used dominating policy for Marathi people during work overtime extra load. We sometime did hamali work also those people don't care for employee even it was not my job I did loading unloading. No appraisal after one year.

their office is in a dump area. Behaviour of employees are pathetic. They dont bother about your value and time

... I called more then 500 Calls to 5 different number FROM 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS , No body has picked my call, at 10: 30 PM , one person responded and said pay me 4500 for 3 small boxes, to godown to godown delivery for 700km. Also he is speaking like rude/ drug abuse guy/ alcoholic person. Washroom are not clean All vrl staff are has no respect to new customers, I WILL NEVER EVER visit VRL

...f harrassment badly. Company chairman doesn't faith other than Karnataka people. Salary Diffrence between KA people and rest of India people. I have expand my 17 year in this organisation but no any security.
