Infrastructure , work force, Administration, Involvement of top management to grond lavel.

Management culture is very toxic. No job security. Management support only for Karnataka people. No job satisfaction. Use and throw police. No other benefits. Junior and ground level Staff harrassment badly. Company chairman doesn't faith other than Karnataka people. Salary Diffrence between KA people and rest of India people. I have expand my 17 year in this organisation but no any security.

Sometimes, there can be communication gaps between departments, which can affect efficiency. However, I believe these are areas where the organization can improve through better interdepartmental coordination

Work like company is yours but they will treat you like you are nothing to them. If you are from north part this company not for you They will never let you go on senior position all south peoples are allowed

They are not increasing salary even you complete 3 years or 5 years also they are not increasing salary. Because day by day basic needs rates will be increasing but in vrl there is no such things like increasing salary that is not happening.
