...ou good post & perks Pro tip ( do some domestic chores of Directors it helps ) You can always negotiate for Manger or Dy Gm post if you don’t get the salary you want.. Titles are Free

After leaving Vritti no future Salary is low for inexperience new ppl , rest snr. management & directors wipe out the cream Ppl who have high ambitions & more skilled dont last here. Management expectations are 5star & efforts to revamp the whole process to achieve it is 1star. Buttering is practised by all chelas of 4 Directors

...ey do not know how to behave with ladies and talks ill about them at their back. They hold back the F&F after their staff resigns and do not pay it. They bribe to get orders from their customers.

In this vritti company our boss sachin khedekar and tarun sharma both are very cut my salary and say that we will cut the salary for employe fund in 8000 salary they give me only 7200 only and said that we have cut the salary for employees fund and also they also take my all insentive. In this company policy if your system is down for 16 hour in a mouth then company not provide you insentive and i have handle 6 station if my two systems down in a day then they will cut my hole insentive or if the system is down in night then also they cut the salary and not pass the claims at time to time they said that first you spend your money after a month we will pass your claim and one of the most horrible person said that (boss ka chamcha) is Ankit is frivolous person in the world please be beware for this person.

- Management is very supportive, the owner of the company is to much helpful and supportive. - Colleagues are very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

-Development team's manager's behavior about colleagues is worst. - He thinks he GOD at that place. - He is kind of dictator. - Also shouting on Team leads and on junior employees so badly. - And this person is the only thing I hate from his company.
