Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Vrisa since i joined in 2019 has been a roller coaster ride for me... with 2lockdowns and 2 consecutive years i am doing pretty good.... I could say!! frankly i love the job , because im addicted to clothes,styles,bodytype and personality. Vrisa gives the opportunity to have your space and opinion in important things. Its a healthy work environment and satisfying for most employees.

I could say i love everything about Vrisa but i could also say i dislike being honest to many times about vrisa its more like home we dislike something one day next day its not the same so we move onn... hence i could say of u make your company your second home there would be least chances to dislike it....
