Dislikes

For Incentives and bonus, recruiters have to wait for approximate 6 months after candidate joins... No one informs at time of interview, that this is a calling profile... Targets have been set very high... which are difficult to achieve sometimes. Moreover, there's no job security.. they fire employee based on performance despite of tenure with organization.

Likes

There is a job security and lot of opportunities are available with different clients. They don't disturb you as such if you are performing well. They also have work from home opportunities for needy.
