It is a LALA company where you don't lose your job.

Dislikes

1) You don't get you salary on time (it's a 2 month delay) 2) There is no professionalism and ethics here. 3) HR is only puppet here. They are just there to cut your salary. If you are 1 second late, they cut you whole day salary. 4) Directors here treat you like a bandhua majdoor. 5) If they tell you your CTC is 5 LPA, consider it as a 4 LPA package because they cut your 20% salary in the name of bonus, gratuity, etc and which has never come back to you. 6) They never give you bonus and you get your hike in every 2 years which is maximum upto 8%. 7) When you resign, it means you made the worst decision because from that day onwards, the whole company starts harassing and abusing you. They put in all efforts to destroy your career so you don't join another company. Also be prepared that when you resign, you won't get your 2 months salary and also reliving and experience certificate. 8) They force you to work on sundays but don't give you compensatory holiday because they said there is no rules and regulations for this. 9) You only get 18 leaves in total, and if you think you will get compulsory govt. holidays, they don't give them and say they don't obey any govt. rules and regulations. 10) All the best if you still think to join this company. Be aware that all the promises they made are false. 11) I was working here for last 5 years and i only get 20% salary in all.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact the I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work oressure is very high.

WORST COMPANY , SALARY HOLD FOR 60 DAYS, SENIORS ARE MOSTLY RETIRED GOVT. OFFICIALS, NO RESPECT FOR JUNIORS,. ALL ARE HI TEMPER OLD PEOPLES

Strictly duty time however any whether and not provide any central/state government holiday and salary timing very poor and increment very very poor, work culture poor, and in this company local employee's behavior not good with outer and new employee.

They have Very Good Projects going in Pan India level , If U go in As a fresher I Will come as a Champ because of the amount of load They put on To ur shoulders .

...cations i have ever been to like Kota rawatbhata , Pachpadra refinery site etc . If you Work here You dont Know when are they Going to Appraise u By Increasing your salary . if U work here Please Don't Expect any Salary hike for atleast 2-3 years .
