Over duty hours .Loss of salary.

Teammate are good and the management is also good. Then there is lot experience we can gain and i got many opportunity to see lot of Case as i work in operation Theatre.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues . If we work overtime there is extra payment and leave.

The company is friendly and accept new innovations . They were encouraging continue nursing education. I got a nice opportunity for learning new techniques.Really happy to say that I was one of the employee there before.

LHRC doesn't have its own hostel facility.

Even though I worked at VPS Lakeshore Hospital for just two months, I feel I have gained a lot of experience regarding the work environmental and emotional intelligence required in the office setting. Being an intern did not stop them from inviting me to office meetings and I will always see that as a plus. The office staff were very supportive and keen on teaching me the basic duties of an employee.

Loved the hospital . Staff is friendsly and helpful and was fortunate enough to work and learn under the guidance of excellent consultants . HOD. Dr Anand Kumar, Dr Cibi Issac Dr Bhima Shankar Dr Venkatesh of department of cardiology. Ever great ful for the opportunity.
