The Work pressure is very high. sometimes have to work for full throughout the night. Due to meet the deliverable schedules.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
