work-life balance, give good leaves, reasonable people give work from home if needed. understand the hurdles the employees go through.

compensation, we are paid ok but not as per industry norms, the learning is good but is not enough with out having financial stability.

Voziq is a best organization for freshers as well as experienced persons. Mostly you can gain a good knowledge on ML and SQL. Also all the seniors are very co-operative and helpful.

Job security is an issue, voziq recruits a lot of interns and give permanent roles to few. The people here are very humble and supportive. The projects are not that big and engaging and give a little to learn.
