I like the salary structure that I'm getting here and the higher management is also working to provide good benefits to the employees by giving them perks and opportunities.

Dislikes

Sometimes the payroll makes mistakes and mark LOP in the timesheet since their software is not so stable and every time it is getting into maintenance. Also for me, there is very poor support from the higher management and I heard that it's been some for most of the persons. My senior manager always takes out to us when she is frustrated and she never helps us at all.

Team leader and managers are workoholic. If we have any burden in work, they will not help and not providing any leaves also... TL and managers are staying in Pune. So they will not consider bangalore location for promotion and also more preferences are given to Pune location

As it is newly forming. Hence giving good package them who knows omniscript.

...in lockdown situation when they came to know that I got selected in another MNC. They didn't pay a single penny as a compensation even the last month salary was not given to me. Not even allowed me to serve the notice period. No exit procedure was ever discussed. The HR approved last working day was suddenly cancelled by a phone call from management... Even no mail or phone communication about the asset submission. Phew! It was really a blunder for me to join the company

Job security is a key factor. It's only good for freshers, as they are exposed to great opportunity at beginning.

Dislikes

Pay scale is terrible. There no much opportunities. HR and higher management are terrible!
