Great team that's more like a family. Flexible working time and free weekends. Good salary and chance to do different kinds of roles. Also, WFH is allowed on Need basis. Really good learning curve but one has to learn on their own from online sources. People work as team here and help each other out.

Dislikes

Located in the center of the City instead of any technical parks like Infopark.

Not a good place to work. Has a very toxic work culture. No timely feedbacks or anything. The organization has no vision or proper leadership. They don't provide job security also. The hire and fire with no regard for the employee's career or other aspects. Join a any good firm if you have other offers. Otherwise join and simultaneously look for better opportunities.
