1. Incompetent Leadership 2. No retention policy 3. HR policies keep changing every month 4. Frequent Salary cuts 5. Forceful late night working 6. No cab facility or food facility if you're working till 11 am , you've to arrange everything at your own otherwise if want some food in office you've to call CEO of the organisation otherwise you can wait for reimbursement for next 90 days 7. Leadership keep changing HR manager frequently just so that they can say "This policy or promise was made by previous HR and she has left the organisation with her belongings and promises " 8. Broken onboarding process 9. No budget for retaining good people, to hire talented minds. 10. Ceo makes unrealistic promises since he is not tech person, once asked us to deliver a HRMS with 80 modules and 150 sub modules in 3 month. 11. The office is like ther family farm house , i remember their was no seat left since my space wad allocated to ceo's daughter and her nanny and her toys.
