Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. At the Usfda audit preparation time was I like beacuse at that time I learn many things.

Dislikes

It's management system I don't like most. There is no job security. There are more politics. Management always focus on quantity not quality.
