VOSS have Modern technology and Leadership for their Product segment. & satisfy customers. Work Culture is very good.

Dislikes

Opportunity for growing along with Company missing sometimes. Salaries are not matching to market for automotive field. Facilities are not available OR say limited for employees in terms of Insurances, Medicals, Self Education, Child Education, Emergency loan, incentive scheme for all levels,. Promotions are not valued properly. In perks, the car and other facilities are not considered at senior level.

Few Closed people of management are doing what they want... And I don't know about other, but as a Staff am not getting any value, even though Company role worker had much more value, even though they are not working properly atleast 3 hr out of 8 hr.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
