The experience was good and fantastic for freshers.

Dislikes

... not credited on time for L1 employment, it is credited only after 15 days late. They have also withdrew variable pay and increment for more than few years without any updates. Current Management has a poor culture of recruiting referral than eligible candidates.

I am permanent in this company and I like to go to different places for visit ATM sites on behalf of company's expepence and all my seniors help me to resolve issues at site and company gives all pf and insurance policy etc.for future which I like most and overall I feel funtastic to work in this company

Here working is like just follow your seniors all the time whether they have knowledge or not. Always be a spoon to your team leader and manager or else you will not get any increment and stability, no matter for how long you are working in this company especially in Uttarakhand and UP region of India.
