... advantage tend to you and structure is not good and Growth is not there at all. Salary is very poor. and they hold 1 month salary also.

...e any problem with manager or other but if we report that you know what happens. My life became hell they don't teach you clearly and if you do slightly wrong work well half day and salary will be cut out from it. Toxic place you will feel like trapped. I departed after that many old employees also departed because of constant harassment from Manager and the Superior (so called)

Salary will be credited on 7th of every month but don't expect the exact in hand salary they will cut it sighting of doing wrong work and explain how they have put extra work just because of us. Project Manager will show compassion at first then he will make hell for you same as the so called superiors of Medinipur. THEY DONT PROVIDE A PROPER TRAINING AND LESS EMPATHY ON FRESHER. If you want to experience toxic posh culture of IT sector please join this company. Also if you are from Medinipur well you are on the list to become Next Project Manager or higher position.

Management has no power to control the organisation. Project Manager's words is the final words and managers r doing partiality with employees. They are given more preference those are from midnapore district. Jr. Project manager is very flirtbaz with girls. Here, experiences and skills doesn't matter for them. If you are girls or basically from midnapore then you will get all facilities and projects. Rest are hopeless for them.... Pathetic work environment.

Nasty culture of room no 202 due to some employees who had a habit of forceful interference of private life against consent. HR madam did put wrong allegation and also wrong statement during BGV from another company. Always spelling mistakes in writing names by HR madam. Unprofessional. A junior mentor (QA) didnot provide voice facility and proper screen facility during google meet. Reason of mistakes in work. Didnot even grant requests for help as second time google meet before performance. QA stalked late night social media status regularly.Towards me it was quite unsafe. I put strict privacy for that. Personal diary was an issue towards manager room no 202. POSH and LABOR LAW rules must be there inside environment especially for HR madam and some employees.
