Salary Fire the employees if they don't have assignment as they don't have bench concept. No respect for knowledge People who are in management aren't here for decades without upgradation so they feel threat if they find any knowledgeable person next to their position. Internal politics

It's a good company offering a stable job and provide food and travel also and the work experience is also good and the good thing is two week offs.

Likeable things are few but quite attractive. Managers are a must to die for. (I felt like killing myself every day) They listen to everything in detail but there is no assurance that would be done till you work there.

Like everyone salary and bonus are not correctly mapped. Senior engineers are getting less paid than some junior engineers. I have no complaint as I'm considered as one of the junior engineers. They will raise your salary as soon as you get another job outside.

There is a lot of politics and favoritism. Management style in India is very bad. Traditional way of doing and old school though process and old mind set. No young leaders in management. Lack of vision and future by Volvo India. Deny opportunity for young leaders to grow in the company
