For the accountant postition 0-1 Yr Exp.you get package of - 1.80 L to 2.50, But the yearly hike and bonus nver been missed, The organisation has good policy since its a captive company, But due to Some of people from BPO sector has come and made the life and work worst - The company is awsome but management is not much appreciable... Volvo is awsome...

The management is not good.. BPO culture has been implemented here due to which the quality of work is nt much good

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They are not ready to give Work from home option till December in this pandemic situation and they will not allowing to go for native work from there.

Politics, For communication Telugu is must..english is not a necessary.... There is no value if you do 100 things...But Value is there if you are close to managers just for copy paste work also..
