...s regular employees. 3. No free food when compared to competitors like DTICI. 4. Apart from salary, there are no perks/benefits. 5. Very short to no onsite opportunity. 6. Haggle during the offer, at the later point, there is no great hike. Usually less than 8%. 7. No cab transport facility.

Volvo IT ,gtt,GTO sold there business to capgemini and these people will treat you as a servant . Never think volvo is product based they have HCL as vendor for infrastructure project and data related project given to capegmini. Indian data chapter RAjesh pc is non technical and hiring a technical people. Better if you joined any normal service also but please ignore Volvo at any hike.
