Attrition rate is quite low, so there is no recognition for heavy contributors, everyone wants to do donkeys job and the one who is driving the change or innovating is not recognised and not rewarded monetarily

Volvo as brand itself is not required any definition... It's one of most dream workplace, work culture is amazing...no descrimanation, all employees treated equally...

Since it product based company limited opportunity....in fact it is not dislike its quite common in product based originations ...other than that nothing

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
