Career growth and promotion is not based on your talent or skill , it's based on your rapo with your manager. Most of the manager are very old and they won't leave organisation until retirement.

Would be great if there are more travel opportunities to other countries for greater exposure to processes and cultures.

There is a sense of pride in working with the Volvo Group..VFS , in particular is process driven and is highly customer focussed. VFS fosters a culture of inclusiveness, equal opportunity provider while treating each employee with respect.

Dislikes

Sometimes the strength of the organisation is its weakness. I find at times, process of decision making is long drawn.
