The first word that strike me was " Social Inclusion" hanging around the office corner. The training program on security, cultural understanding, heath, supervison, M&E and Leadership made me feel so confident before start the program. I was abled to complete the volunteer program because of the pre orientation and skill development training. And most importantly, "Action at Home" which had to complete the post-volunteer program at my home town (local), made me reliaze and evaluate the skill and applicability that I got benefited from the program.
