Actually the management don't know to manage themselves

In this company they don't even pay the salary properly the treat their employees like slave The working culture is very bad While joing to the factory they will brain wash like they provide all the benefits and all the needs we want At the end what ever they tell it's is a startegic game for them One of the useless factory ever seen in my life

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
