1. Job security is not good because when you received offers letter there is clearly mentioned for fixed term contract for the location where you appointed, no any clarification mentioned in offer letter about transfer from current site to other sites while closing contract.

We are facing many problem in saurya urja bhadla site due to excessive duty and company not given benefits and I also expend more then 1 year but salary not increased please look at this matter
