... 2. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. 3. Salary is the major issue. 4. First month salary you will get on fourth month. 5. No proper increment 6. 99.9% Travel, no work life balance.

Salary they will not pay on time (3 months once only). Unskilled top management. They will take all your certificate with them and they wont release the document. Caste based discrimination. Will not give any attention on transportation accomadation issues. No attention on employees problem. Just the blood sucker nothing else
