Job security, salaries on time. Company policies are good. HSE is always priority.

Dislikes

Salary always on but increment is very very slow and low. Job is security is high but chances of growth is low. Work life balance required some improvements.

Good learning experience! It's a good company to start your career or finish your career. You can work hands on with many projects.

Dislikes

Poor compensation benefits, lack of collaboration & team work between different teams, no chance of promotions if you are a young engineer.

...r for all staff .neeraj bika no knowledge in project depend in praveen chobey . neeraj singh bika,vijay argonda & sourav goyal not given my 07 days salary 01 jan to 07 jan 19.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
