Because in this company there is very difficult of promotion and appraisal and the company give the work according to there talent .

1. Micromanagement people are not allowing to take ownership. 2. Treating the staff is like supervisor or foreman. 3. They expect minimum 14-16 hrs work per day 4. Pre joining benifits and commitments not given after joining. 5. No ethics 6. Criticism and comparison

Job security, salaries on time. Company policies are good. HSE is always priority.

Dislikes

Salary always on but increment is very very slow and low. Job is security is high but chances of growth is low. Work life balance required some improvements.

Overall a good company even for health of staff don't compromise for water everyday arranged bisleri water n salary was ontime

Due to site distance 14 hours duty and no arrangement for family accommodation.

...b training was pretty good once I joined....Colleagues are mostly supportive....You can expect a fair amount of Performance Linked Pay once in a year....Man Management depends upon respective managers....Company policies are transparent..

Dislikes

Career growth is less in Voltas....You have to wait for promotion for a longer period of time....% of hike is also less as compared to other corporates....You have to work on Saturday also (1st half) which is not a good proposition in today's world when corporates outside India are shifting to 4 days working in a week....If you want to get relocated to native after few years of joining, your manager will mostly not allow you to make this happen which ultimately have an impact in your work & family life balance..
