After 16 years of great career taken a risk and joined this org. Lot of friends and family members told not to risk career. I veleived in my skills and joined. Within 6 months I was proved wrong. Role is eliminated. I was puzzled I did everything I could to make the program success. Later reading between lines the entire project was a one time requirement and once objective is met they have removed my position. A request to management ;if your requirement was one time why was I offered a permanent role.? It's not simple, there are a set of family members depending on us who work and earn. You guys have taken ruined my career. If requirement is temporary do recruit freelancers or consultants don't spoil someone's career by offering a permanent role and asked to leave in 6 months with no performance issue and you know well eliminating a role during pandamic situation how it feels. Yes you proved how this org treat ppl and definitely this is a lesson I learned I worked for a co who doesn't care of employee. What you have achieved today is my hard work and my reward is from 16 yrs career to a job seeker Lessons Learnt : Never ever join an org which doesn't have any values culture and ethics
