I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. First thing like they are clear about everything and they do not hide their policies. Whenever you want relieving they will give. There are work life balance.

Dislikes

...'t have any specific date to pay salary. mostly they are paying after 15th only. So before joining you should clear that i will not get my salary on time. But it is clear they will pay in that month mostly. One more thing i want to add like sometime you should be ready to get your salary after two or three month also. But positive is definately they will pay.

Worst company in Hyderabad. Salaries not credited on time. There is no basic company rules. They will treat like us labours.
