In top management there is only two persons who are concerned about their employees work and personal life balance and i.e. CEO, VP-Operations.

Dislikes

No hierarichi follow-up, no discipline at downgrade employes as they are older employees and we'll connected to Senior management that has ruined the image of this organisation.
