...t full salary and Every Employeee worked for their bread and butter like a hell. And they delayed salary nearly 15 days and If employees ask why there is salary delay no reply and all If we complained to higher management team leaders where threatning like you will not get your salary and when the salary was credited in that 35% members salary was deducted by 90% saying you marked as half day and where as first they said your salary will not be deducted due to technical issues and remaining 10% people NOT AT ALL GOT THEIR salary and "WHEN WE MAILED THIS ALL DETAILS TO FOUNDER OF VOIZ MR. VINEET PATIL HE DIDN'T REPLIED AND HE IS TELLING HIS EMPLOYEE NANCY WADHWAN TO SEND THEM MAIL ID MAKE A FAKE LOGIN HOURS AND SEND THEM STATING THESE ARE YOUR LOGIN HOURS AND THIS IS THE REASON YOUR SALARY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND THEY MENTALLY TORTURED EMPLOYEES LIKE ANYTHING REGARDING SALARY AND PLEASE DONT DO JOB IN THIS COMPANY CALLED VOIZ ITS THE ONE OF THE WORST COMO

Guys don't work ever for this company after wasting your time, mental piece , everything they not responding at the time of salary. They want that you worked for them for free. They do only Scam with candidates. Nothing else.

I worked in Voiz for more than 2 yrs bcos being at home is always beneficial..

Actually so many things, work pressure is too much and According to that company is not justifying the salary of emp. Mgmt committed to give me hike if I perform as I asked for the same but after being performed also they ended up my 2 yrs tenure that they don't have any position for me.

job security is not there, pay is low, New CRM creating difficulty as it puts auto break even if you are away from your screen for a minute.

it is a wfm job which im doing, and no travle time, on time salary, these are few good point of voiz

no job security, no Esi, no pf , no paid leave, no appointment letter, no medical insurance, no govt holiday, no festive holiday, you have to get your own wifi connection on your expense, and most important no growth .
